Thanks for the heads up...I have seen that item before, he wants $1779.00 pretty high for something that, no one knows about...I know of one more Box Set for aprx. $900.00 or less... it seems the value is set by the person that has it or wants it... a true Collector's Item

I have a Beatles collector friend that owns one. He bought it in Japan last year and paid 1200 Euros for it ( about $1800.00 ) . He says they are really scarce , and there are only 1000 of them that were produced .
I listened to some of it , and it's amazing material.
Do not know much about market's value , but from a fan point of view... is priceless.
I wish I could own one.

I have this set, and didn't pay anywhere near the 1200 some are selling it for. Beware, a lot of good stuff, but also a lot of duplicate tracks with different descriptions..... So it looks like you are getting 7 different versions of a song, only to find out that it is 3 versions, with exact duplicate tracks....Also, a lot of this music is the mono recordings, which are great if you don't have the mono box.....and the sound is fairly thin on some of these like they were taped from a speaker..... I still hope to discover some great stuff, but there is definitely no quality control.
