Came across a collection of old vintage toddlers clothes and clothes and this Indian Headdress in the bottom of the suitcase. Great Condition for it's age. The string ties on. Beautiful bright colored feathers. the outside of the band of the headdress appears to be some type of rubber/vinyl material. thanks for looking !!
