This gold link bracelet was probably purchased in San Francisco ... definitely in California in the late 1920s or early 1930s. The links are approx. 1 cm and each has a small diamond (?) in the center. It has no markings, not even a karat marking. Anyone seen anything similar?
I have learned from another source that the bracelet is late 19th century

We need to see photos of both sides the bracelet off your hand and against a neutral background. Also a photo of the clasp. The camera lens focuses on your hand instead of the bracelet. Thanks.
What do the backs of the links w the diamonds look like? Are the diamonds visible from the back? Any jeweler will test those for gold content and if the diamonds are real if you don't have a tester. They should do it free of charge.
