This is the second box I found today. It was on the same shelf as the turtle box, but wasn't with it, but I do wonder if it could be Anchor Hocking Bubble Glass, though there's no markings on it, and I can't find anything like it. It is heavy and covered in bubbles, top, bottom and sides. I actually think it could be brand new, as there is no ware on it at all. Really good condition. Any ideas on who it could be made by and when?

You just found it today and can't find anything like it. That kind of imply s you haven't done much research and want others to do it for you.

I've been googling etc all afternoon. Sometimes you just need the right description of the glass to find it, but so far the only glass like it is the Anchor Hocking bubble glass, but I havn't found any boxes like it.

not sure but looks like a hobnail pattern using 2 sizes of hobs/bubbles. Depending on size maybe a cigarette box.

I thought it was bubble wrap.

Thanks Tallcakes and Racer 4. I love the optics on the box too, and cigarette box seems to fit the shape.
