Fuscia Sherman Necklace and Signed Earrings Set
I bought this 2 days ago and arrived today December 20, 2017
This is a beautiful set quite unusual in the fuscia colour. In the book Sherman Jewellery, The Masterpiece Collection the authors show several high end necklaces with earring sets. Although this necklace is not among them, it has one thing in common with this set. The Necklaces as well as this one is not signed !! The earrings are both signed however.
An amazing thing is - as this one sold to me someone I know has one up for sale right now and in that set the necklace is unsigned also, while her earrings are signed. So 2 sets of these from different parts of Canada is pretty much proof positive that this set is by Sherman. The findings are the same as on Sherman and also unusual settings on the earrings are exactly the same as on necklace, and the signed earrings are a perfect match for the necklace in a fuscia colour, which is lots of factual evidence and bona fide proof for me.
(UPDATE) On this Day, Christmas Eve I did notice this set in the book "The Masterpiece Collection" and I did notice the set on page 131, so it IS known, although the one in the book has different colours. Also shown is a brooch also, so that I have to find !! Sometimes it is difficult at first to notice a set, especially when the colours change and it is arranged differently. >....H
Beautiful & fabulous, both necklace and earrings, that lovely deep pink and excellent stone setting. More and more I'm finding famous maker sets that sign the earrings only, not the brooch or necklace, including Weiss and Kramer, so totally understand they belong together - and with these complementary pieces there can be no doubt!

Thanks racer4four, I appreciate your comment. Yes I have had some problems. Just for your info, whatever you post here, right away goes on the web. So if you google it shortly you will see your pics come up, say for japanese glass. I saw some of my postings end up all over and when I click on my pic its all over pinterest and every other site. So I put my name on it and it does help, not as many bad "hits."
