I bought this fruit bowl a while back and I am just drawing a blank on finding out who the maker is. I am thinking it is German I have searched everywhere and have not yet come across another like it (also, for some unknown reason the dragons remind me of the Chrysler building I will also be researching American glass). Any help is greatly appreciated. I would like to find the name of the maker and when it was made.

Thanks for coming back to me fortapache. I have searched under EAPG, Federal, Fenton, McKee, Jeanette Glass and so far no joy so if anyone else has any ideas please let me know. Thank you in anxious anticipation.

the close-up details in the last photo looks like cut glass to me, which is often more difficult to attribute.

There are so, so many glass works that made eapg. I've just typed "identify eapg patterns" into my search engine, and you will find a multitude of pages about eapg.

      Good luck!

Hi TallCakes thanks for coming back to me. It has been very difficult trying to find this piece do you have any inkling whether it has is an American or European piece? I also have a wine glass listed and I am trying to find out about that too, when you have a moment, would you mind taking a look please. Many thanks.

Hi Gillian, I know it is a nightmare. Even though I am new, I know TallCakes is the one I have seen he has solved a multitude of mysteries! I am sort of leaning more towards American glass now as the dragons remind me of the gargoyles on the Chrysler building. I will let you know if I find anything, keep your fingers crossed for me.
