This was another necklace that I received in the jewelry lot that I purchased. This necklace is not marked, but the clasp has an Oriental feel to me. The black beads appear to be plastic and the butterscotch colored ones feel like glass. Any ideas on age or origin?

I think the yellow is also bakelite. I really love it. Altho it has cotton thread I think this is a remade necklace of old vintage beauties. Could have been restrung in the 70's. It's really nice.

If I had it (wish I did!) I would restring it, put a small vintage seed bead or a gold bead between each of these beads....size 15 to 11. I would keep the exact design. Adding them gives a little movement as you wear it and sets off every yummy bead.
