Winchester repeating arms company made more then just guns . in the 1920s they made a whole line of products like tools , knives , sporting goods , and farm hand tools including things like flashlights . Winchester sent out a catalogue to local hardware stores that you could order from . This is a window display that was sent to stores to put in the front windows . The display was new in the box .
