    Dial says Standard Broadcast, Kilocycles, Police, Amateur, Code and Airplane, Paper tag on back is USA 790760 and stamped on the inside is KS-38-B. Curious about the age. Thanks

      All i came up with at nostalgia air is a ks with no numbers and that dates it pre june 1933

      That is an Emerson model U5A , from the 1930s . The chassis is very crowded .
      As far as an antenna , just use a piece of wire maybe 20 to 30 feet long . Be careful
      as the chassis may be 'hot' .
