    kyratango
    (439 items)

    Unexpected last seconds auction find!
Blurry pics (see last one!), described as very ornate metal little chalice...
    5€!!!
Marked on stem with the French swan hallmark for foreign silver.
    6.5cm wide, 3.5cm high.
    No maker’s mark.
    Perfect candidate for kyratisation ;-))

I had to carefully straighten it back, rebuild one blue petal and a whole yellow and brown leaves and berry motif with twisted silver wire.

Proud of this one too :-D

Woohhh... so much nice comment from you all, dear friends!
Thank you from the depth of my heart, I’m so happy you appreciate my little wounded then repaired salt cellar :-D

Karen, not very knowledgeable on Scandinavian pieces, I think it is between 1880 and 1900’s, I don’t know if they still make such elaborate plique a jour...

Huge collective thanks to all (already!) 23 lovers!!!
