This is a double-sided pocket watch fob advertising the Clark Equipment Co. and a circa 1953 E. Ingraham Champion Sweep Second Hand pocket watch with a Michigan Clark Equipment Co. advertisement on the back.
One side of the fob shows the Michigan Tractor Shovels (same as on the watch).

Both are advertising pieces & most likely give-aways by the Clark Equipment Co.
Fob is 1-5/8" x 1-1/2".
