Loetz minis are pretty rare, and I've never seen one in a Phänomen genre. Actually, it's kind of a "midi" piece- less than three inches, but more than two. This piece stands a diminutive 2.75" tall. It has a bronze ground, polished pontil (unmarked) and cut rim with a small interior nick. It's possible that it could have been cut down a little - I see no evidence of there having been a stopper. But it looks great, proportional, and for the price, it was impossible to resist!
