    Old binoculars, found in storage shed. Can't determine the brand. Just curious to know where it came from. Can anyone guess?

      Technically, these are field glasses, not binoculars. Without any identifying markings the best guess for origin is France.

      Nice find! I agree with UncleRon. Quite a few of the field glasses and opera glasses were manufactured in France. I have two pair of antique opera glasses, by different manufacturers, and both pair were French made.
