The shape is known as Welz's ,the handle isn't thorn but sometimes is visible at Welz's baskets.Blue tango inner layer,covered with a very delicate white spatter and a clear outer layer.I was thinking for some time if it can be callled tango glass and after exchanging ideas with another collector I think it is.About 17 cm tall.
