    Here's a landscape not too far from my house that we're finishing up. alot of the stone and the blocks, along with the gate, etc... are recycled items. the gate was gotten from ebay at a very good price. sometimes we use all recycled wood too, but not here. all the plants we put in are california native, but we work with what's there and good too. tomorrow i need to finish up the fountain at the entry.

      Yes looks good! I see a hose but does it have underground sprinklers? That's what I do for a livin up here in Michigan, (when theirs not snow of course)lol

      thank you artfoot, iggy, jscotto, and inky! yes iggy, it has drip irrigation which is not visible. i just added another photo of a fountain we made there too.

      I love the use of the insulator, I have one the same but much larger about 2.1/2 feet tall..I have it filled with water for the birds to drink out of..:-)

      thanks inky! i have a few of these and really enjoy making things w/ them. i have one which i made a little roof for it w/ a chimney cap and it is a bird feeder.
