Japanese vase about 21/2 to 3ft tall Any help with marking on this piece is appreciated

i have, not got the foggiest idea what it reads

1 it is signed in ( artificial ) ferro
2 carved colar rim
3 you can the ptosis of the eye lids

so it is a rather well meijji vase around 1900 IMO
