Herter's decoy here. Anybody know what type of duck this is? Also, what size decoy? Picked up a few. Thanks.

It's a Herter's wood duck, with a rather odd paint job. (generally wood ducks have gold/tan coloring where the gray is, and white on the cheeks/head.) Should be stamped on the bottom, "Herters Inc. 1893".
