I’m definitely going to have to do some research on the markings. It’s super heavy! I don’t think I’d want to wear it on my belt! Thoughts?

That's quite the buckle you've got. Yes, please research the markings. You have a lot to work with. Where did you find it? I think it's called a 'Thunderbird' - it has very nice enameling, with bright colours. I especially like the smaller red triangles around the edge which are also enamel.
