This watch was my Great-Great Grandfather’s, who brought it to the states from Wales. Struggling to find info on the piece. Inside it says “Anderson” and “London.” Any help identifying he watch would be greatly appreciated!! Hope the pics help.

Well, it's a fusee. Those were out of popularity by the later 1800s. Someone else will chime in with more, I should think.

In the book, Pendant and Pocket Watches 1500-1950 by C. Jeanenne Bell, G.G. on page 102, plate 193, there is a watch very similar to yours. The top plate design & layout is very similar, but it is marked, Jones, London and has a serial number. It is described, circa 1793, verge fusee, 40 mm, key wind, key set, full plate fusee pin plate movement, porcelain dial, Roman numerals. Nice pre-1800 pocket watch.
I'm not saying there is any connection, just that the movement & dial resembles yours.

Any general idea on the value of the watch?
