Hi everyone,
This was a special edition 9 1-2" blue jasperware plate from Wedgwood showing all 12 zodiac signs in raised white, as well as white stars in the middle. The back mark says Wedgwood Collectors Society in gold, and on bottom is engraved Wedgwood Made in England 70, which makes the year 1970, this was purchased online awhile back.
Hope you will enjoy this Adele, my Gemini friend, and you too dear Laura who also wanted to see this.On a personal note, my sun sign is Sagittarius with Scorpio rising & Moon in Cancer, so I like to think I'm a combination of all three! Certainly I have the Sag travel bug & love of animals

Hi Thomas, yes wasn't that a pretty crab by H2 I loved it as well, like you I have some Crab in my horoscope - we like music & collecting lol
Phil, I too found the design so beautiful, nice little cameo designs of each astrology sign in a sort of carnival wheel
Adele I'm glad you found this and enjoyed, I put your Gemini symbol on top in pic #1 as you reminded me I had this (it was actually sitting on my hall shelf with a few other china treasures)

Thank you Laura for the kind compliments, glad you enjoyed this. I do display this plate on a 3 ft walnut shelf atop one of my many bookcases, this one in the hallway. Scorpio is a great sign & part of my horoscope too, very curious & loves to investigate and find out more about things

Jenni, what kind of holder would I get if I wanted to display the Spode plate I showed on here recently? I'd like to hang it on the wall. Do you think this would look good on a wall? Any recommendations on a plate hanger?
I knew there was a particular reason we get along. You'd mentioned your "many bookcases." ;)
Many plate holders you might like Laura, the round wood or gilded frame type, the scroll wrought iron type where the plate just slides in a pocket, and the old fashioned brass stretchy type that pulls around & four little brass pieces secure the sides (if you paint them white they'll be invisible. I do think that lovely Spode plate would look great on the wall, good luck

I'm not a huge fan of Wedgwood, Jenni, but, this piece is so fun! And, you have always been so sweet with me and my posts. I appreciate that. I really do.
I agree about the Wedgwood Mary, I only have a couple pcs but really loved this zodiac wheel, except wished it came in a darker background color. Thank you so much for the kind words, I feel the same way as do many CW collectors here, it's just nice to be appreciative of other people's interests, then feel the luv in return.

Thanx Laura - yep, about 1 ft+. Been digging out since early morning, what a bummer. It was pretty light yesterday, we were so hopeful til waking up, I think 2 storms hit us. All I can say is, while I do love most animals, that darn groundhog.......!!!!
Lol on the groundhog, Jenni. My co-worker lives in LI and he stayed home today to dig out. Do you have power on?

Thank you for the kind comment Anna, sorry I'm a couple days late responding, don't know about you but don't get the CW email notices anymore & I really do like answering comments. We were fortunate & didn't lose power this go-around, been pretty lucky with this new power co. though our Guv disagrees (give 'em a chance, guy!). Glad you enjoyed this zodiac wheel plate, go Gemini, there are & have been many great ones in my life incl. husband & my late mom
