New York artist JACQUELINE FOGEL's vintage 1960s /early 1970s hand decorated Hippie folk art Patchwork Bell-Bottom Jeans, from her estate. These unique jeans were personalized with patches which were likely added over a period of time, which is the case on legitimate pairs. I have one pair which they were added to for forty years... From her obit: "...in 2002 she painted sculptures for the Rescue Dog book honoring the working dogs from Sept. 11, 2001. In 2005, her Big Apple sculpture was displayed outside Trump Tower. She swam regularly in Jamaica Bay and maintained an active and vibrant lifestyle throughout her life, attending many parties, art exhibits and concerts." The lady I acquired these from had them on display in her home - are you ready? - in WOODSTOCK NY! These are just the coolest hippie denim jeans around.
