Amazing what can be found in the islands after a cat 5 hurricane. Think this is either decorative or for housing a barometer or chronograph. Enlighten me. Yeah. Tropical Disturbance Lucas is back. At least physically. 3 months & 28 days waiting to get internet back! Irma did a nasty on St. Maarten & junk/treasures scattered everywhere. Mother Natures BJ.

I am glad you are back. My daughter is in Martinique and I was very worried when hurricane Maria hit in September. Luckily she had no problems other than a leaking roof. Some other island were not that lucky. I still envy you. Here where I live in southern Canada we have very seldom extreme weather - but I do miss the sun!

Appreciate the welcome backs. Physically seems to be working. Now, I just have to work on the mentally! Taken forever to get internet again, but the Rock was blown away. (Well, the mountains & some of the grass are still here). Been using Chinie restaurants to get my email & all of their chairs are torture devices! I'm sure there are many CW members who wish I had gotten blown away, but they will just have to suffer my resurrection. LOL
Mani, how I've missed you ! LUV always. Freiheit, nobody even mentions Maria here. Just a bit of rain after 240 mph gusts. Best to you. I have missed everybody & won't even try to catch up after 4 months without the net. Sure I missed a lot of good stuff. I must be losing it, since I actually used "stuff".
