I got this oil painting at a thrift store which wasn't cheap. It was $45 there. I can't identify the artist or how much the frame is worth but it looks really nice. It is wood and has a sort of canvas texture on the inner part. It is large measuring about 40" high and 21" wide.
I couldn't read the signature of the artist so if you can read please let me know who it is. Thank You
