Although unmarked, this 2" whiskered goldtone bunny brooch is a very Alice Caviness design (see pic #4 with a Caviness cat in same style) with large 1" faceted pale aquamarine glass pear shape body, aqua chaton rhinestone head, with emerald green navette eyes & nose, and jet black ears & feet trim. He's wishing a Happy Easter & Spring to all, as do I Luv, Jenni

Love his black ears and whopper blue belly, such a gorgeous pin. Cat pins seem to have been popular, made by so many companies.

Karen I think I will wear him too, as there's a lot of room on coats and yes, we are still wearing them probably thru May. When I think of Australia I think of the incredible surfing there & the huge waves - and of course the tropical birds - warm weather looks pretty great to me after this bleak winter lol
Roy love your hysterical comment, yes it has sorta spooky eyes, but I think the design was based on the cat's eyes, with that sneaky upward slant. Wait til you see the vintage owl I will future post, it is a total fright-fest lol

Really happy you enjoyed the both of them Laura, I had to show the bunny was either an unsigned Caviness or a very good ripoff! They often do that in jewelry, copy from each other, or one of the company's workers goes solo or to another jewelry co.

Laura you're really sweet, I get so obsessive - if you're into jewelry, you are very often "called out" when you don't have a mark, a partial set signature, know the year etc (ask Phil, it's happened to him). It may not be a Caviness but I liked posting it @ Easter, and glad it was enjoyed :)
