I am thinking that they are 1870s. They're not quite flow blue, but they are a richly coloured transferware modeling the popular mid-1800s scenic patterns. I'd suggest these are themed after the Middle East, based off the architecture of the structures (and the stereotypical camel). On the saucer is what looks like an incised AH and a 1. AB written in blue (almost imperceptible) and a 2 F is incised on the handled cup. I'm not familiar with who made them, but I think that the (should be?) matching AH or AB might be a clue.
I was really only looking for a brown transferware tea-pot to match my existing set I use (pitcher, cup, saucer, plate), but upon seeing these I couldn't pass them up at the price (I have a few blue pitchers and plates to pair with them, but still no tea-pot).
It was refreshing to find they aren't 1950s knock-offs of 'blue willow'-- that's what I normally see when blue transferware greets my gaze. I was never sure why that pattern dominated the last 200 years, because I don't think it's all that well-designed. Now, though, Asian manufacturers are putting out reproductions of other popular 19th-century patterns, but they are usually really bad 'flow blue' and are marked. Thus, I think these are of decent age.

Thank you, Malkey. It will also remind me of my friend in Iran. He one day showed me a picture of where he was (desert), and there was a camel off to the side. So I asked a question that had long been in my mind: Do people still ride camels there? LOL.
Apparently, yes, though they are mainly used for short excursions, some people still use camels for normal travel.
Shall we name the colour, Malkey Blue?

i recall going out on a trip in northumberland with my little brother streaky bacon with me kiddiewinkles
and not seeing sheep or cows in a field but over the hedge a camel in the cold hard north east of england how surreal is that my friend ,,, i did take piccy with a disposable camera

A camel in England? LOL. I know that some camels do live in the cold deserts, but I've never heard of one in England.
