Emerald green & clear white rhinestone baguettes are in a crisscross pattern on this vintage partial goldtone Trifari brooch. The baguettes have a silvertone backing, and the Trifari mark is in a reticent curve behind the golden half moon. Have also seen plain basketweave versions of this design.

I love the woven effect of the interspersed green and clear baguettes.

The crescent is a perfect foil for the straight lines of green and white baguettes. My favourite rhinestone shape. (I don't mind real emeralds for that matter.)
