I don't know if it'd be any help or not, but I have a small porcelain light fixture labeled "PORCELIER"...maybe the same company??

You should be able to find more pictures at Tony Luke on face book. And yes my Aunt still has it, and it was bench tested and it heats up. Toast pop up works sometimes may need a good cleaning. Its been setting on a shelf for at least 40+ years. Thank You
