Bought this tractor some years ago . Get it out when it is nice out side and play like a farmer . The restoration is over the top and show quality . The early John Deere tractors are very collectible . Have fun with your collecting

This is GREAT purvis!! When my Dad retired from the bourbon distillery, in the in 1994, he began rebuilding small engines. Someone brought him a John Deere grain elevator engine that they dug up from a field they were plowing. He worked on disassembling and rebuilding that engine, of and on, for months. In the end, he sandblasted the rust from it and repainted it the correct John Deere colors and when he started it, that engine sounded sweet. He eventually gave it back to the gentleman who brought it to him in the first place. He wanted nothing for his work, he simply enjoyed bringing it back to life once again.
Nice restoration. I grew up with John Deere tractors on a farm in WI.

I have a baby Deere out back I bought to do the lawn with after my stroke. Last year after hurricane Irma my baby Deere and trailer hauled lots of debris away for neighbors. They are a work horse as long as you maintain them. I always enjoy seeing them. Thanks for sharing.
I also like the Chevelle next to it.
