    At a antique auction over the weekend seen this piece and had to have it . Not really what I collect but who cares . It’s still has the original black paint on it and you can see the red oxide priner showing through . Its very heavy and notice the scraper blade is steel not cast like the rest of the piece . Not sure of the maker but would guess it from the 1940’s

      Nice one purvis!! My wife gave me one for Christmas, in 2016. This was most likely made by either Hubley or National Foundry sometime during the 1930's.
