Upcycle project of 60's brass link bracelet and 20 older bakelite buttons and beads, including fun metal Pharaoh buttons. I used orange, brown, mustard as the basic colors. I made this about 10 yrs ago. You can imagine how noisy it is so I only wear it in noisy environments.
:-) Hope you enjoy.

Such a pretty & creative charm bracelet in great complementary colors
Thank you Jenni!! During that time (before I was an internet plastaholic addict) I made jewelry from bits and pieces. I also made 5 others: greens, red, browns, blacks and a fun multi-color which I will post later. Buttons make it vintage right? LOL
You certainly have a tomb full of these, magnifique !
Mary...
The compliments you must receive when wearing this bracelet!
The buttons that look like cut pizza are fabulous!
Phil - I remember the first time I saw Rudolph Valentino - maybe 10 yrs old? So handsome and exotic - not like 1960's Iowa world at all. Then in 1977 with King Tut's first US tour? Hooked to love all things Egypt :-)
Eileen - thanks, yes those "pizza" buttons are 2-layer bakelite buttons (brown, orange then with gold metal). It's a fun bracelet. I don't wear it much anymore now that I have carved brown and orange bakelite bangles :-)
Sooooooo fun! Love the colors.
Mary, this is absolutely beautiful! You are so talented!
Ken - I have not taken any orders :-) I know it's pretty great, but where will I find these buttons again?? Thanks for your nice comment!
Andreamw - Aren't these amazing colors? Thank you for getting it :-)
Laura - I need to hear compliments, and thank you! It turned out pretty nice didn't it? - Mary
Ah, I love this! I told you I knew you were talented! What a great way to use those old large buttons!!!
