I purchased this set at an estate sale a couple weeks ago. It was in an old box and missing two navettes out of brooch. I noticed that there were two loose navettes in box, so I thought they were the replacements. When I got home, I found out that it was only one of the matching replacements and the other was different. So, what I did was take the navette out directly under the the large round stone and replace it with the with the mismatched stone and fix the others. Fortunately, the colors are a great match and it works! Any ideas on maker?
Beautiful set MrsT, the golden and topaz stones are perfect together. I definitely agree Weiss as well, if you look at my earlier posts I have a brooch in almost the same colors, composition & antique gold setting as your lovely earrings. You did a super job on the repairs!
