Hi! I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a jb hirsch lamp o? I'm new on here and don't know if I'm doing this right but I would love to know more about this piece! She's so cute! Also, would anyone know the value of her? Thank you and hi!

It is fairly new, it was manufactured by Hirsch, in one of the newer releases of his Collection Francaise it will either have a Collection Francaise button somewhere on the base, or a sticker on the bottom. The 1925 Sophisticated Lady Items were seated on Alabaster or Onyx.

JB Hirsch's greatest output was after the second world war after they dug up so many of the old moulds buried under the bronze foundries floorsm so they would not disappear during the war. Its hard to imagine if the jewish foundries owners were spared. From what I can see the plastic or Ivorine face looks like the beautiful ones they were doing especially after the second world war and before some of the newer ones with painted metal joined to the clothing. Some are reasonably priced and some are grossly exaggerated prices as alwys you can see on ebay.
