Hello. I bought this chair from an estate sales. I've been told that the char was brought from Vietnam. Any information about the chair would be very appreciated.

I would think its quite new based on the carving which is like a lot of pieces from Thailand. Unfortunately the style is based on so many different periods, there is no name for this kind of style. The rocker part looks so unsubstantial, almost barren like an afterthought.
