I really love the design on this piece - good Japonisme by Copeland. I found this at Goodwill today for $1.99! it's very large - 15 inches by 8 inches by 3 inches high. what kind of plate is this? a large serving dish? maybe it's for long, skinny rabbits or something? probably around 1880, no? signed on the bottom - impressed 'COPELAND'.
