These views are of McLaughlin’s Funeral Parlor, located on S. Washington St. Wilkes-Barré, PA. It’s Art-Deco style is timeless.
The first view is of the building's front, the second renders detail of one of its lintels, and the third shows some detail of the sign, and of the wall details.

Hi, Sean, thanks for the comment. I think that the McLaughlins did live atop the funeral parlor at one time. I am not sure if the upstairs is occupied now. But I will ask if the premises are presently used as residences...other than ghosts, of course!
