These are part of my Czech interwar glass collection. Dating 1920 to 1935 or so, a mix of various makers. As time passes I feel more attached to this glass and still find it fascinating. Part of it is the circumstances and history behind this glass production, part of it is the unique aesthetic of that time period, and part of it is it's appeal to my own enjoyment of bright splashes of colors together, and the many unexpected forms.
We try hard to attribute these pieces, yet we know the most important facts, when and where they were produced. Many decorative exports of that time period were also limited to that information. It never stopped us from enjoying them and wanting more of whatever category made us smile.
I always describe myself as a "color junkie" (I have about 50 Hawaiian shirts!) and these pictures did it for me. Nice.
Great collection! I would especially like to find an example of that pink - based spatter on the left in the second photo...seems to be hard to find...

That pink spatter is more difficult to find. I only have 2 of those glass pieces, a vase and a jar, one was a find at an estate sale auction, and the other was sold in Germany. ;-)
