There are many examples of this vase to be found by Google searching "Teleflora Murano Style Green Purple Spatter Vase". It is 7 1/2" tall x 5 1/4" l x 4 1/4" w. Ground bottom. The maker is unknown. I am not sure how the connection to Teleflora was made.

I have one also. Not Murano. Teleflora Murano Style Green Purple Spatter Vase. May be from the 80's.

could be Dale Tiffany, in business since 1970s in CA. This is one of their vase shapes.

Two of these popped up on ebay with "Teleflora Gift, Made in China" labels on them. One label was oval, and clear plastic and the other was a gold foil label, possibly suggesting the have been made in China for some time. Maybe not so old, after all. Maybe from the 2000s? Still very pretty, high quality glass...

Thanks Jenni! I've come to the conclusion that these must be machine made because all of the many I have seen are so similar.
