Hi there, I don't think it's really old. The dark blue is the portland blue, which is the more modern dark blue. The old Wedgwood tends to be in the brighter Cobalt blue.
I used to collect ashtrays so had to look for this one. Research "wedgewood ashtray with pegasus", you will find dozens of them. Good luck.
