I have had this bracelet for a really long time.
It was broken in two and I had it repaired years ago.
I think it is Swiss. The figure must be the pied piper.
The stone is chalcedony.
The back is entirely yellow enamel.

Wonderful! French enamel champleve design, the figure looks like a troubadour or an itinerant entertainer and musician holding a small cord instrument of sorts. You don't see these very often. :-)
