    Characteristic opium pipe.
    Bronze marked NL 10.
French provenance about 50 years ago.
    French Indochina.
Number 10 possibly indicates ten copies.
Found almost identical figure from Hu? (ex Vietnam capital in Annam province).Less detail and rather crude.

Maybe hashish pipe/bong, but not opium.

My bad... Annam, not Tonkin :-D
      South Indochina, not North.

Updated with almost the same bronze from Annam (as suggested above by kyratango).
Definitively French Indochina, first half 20th century.
      Thank you.
