I recently obtained these wonderful pieces at an estate sale. You can see that my tastes just might run from fine crystal to vintage American fun, to fun vintage Made in Japan. I think if you were to give me a choice between chipped Baccarat candle holders and vintage Japan funny ceramic dog figurines, I might just take that funny dog! I guess if I needed money, and people were willing to buy a chipped Baccarat candle holder for more money than the dog, sadly, I'd have to go with the crystal. That dog is so darn funny, though!! He is so sad that the crystal is chipped. :(

And, that vintage Fiesta, Homer Laughlin, Harlequin green Penguin. Can anything be any cuter?!!

The baccarat is gorgeous looks like ice sculptures but those animals are adorable Mary, I love them all - the cutie dog, penguin, chicken & little bird on vase are the sweetest

As a collector of Harlequin for many, many decades, I can tell you that that Penquin, in that color (spruce green - a color introduced in the late 1930s and not easy to find) is a major find. I wish I'd been st that estate sale!
