I just received these bottles the other day in a trade. Believe it or not a fellow co-worker and I were talking and it seemed he needed some baby items for his newest grandchild as I was looking to unload a few items as my youngest grandson has out grown any use for them.
So I was able to swap one pack-n-play, a child's potty trainer and a booster chair for these 23 Commemorative Cokes.
I don't actively seek this type of bottle as I usually only acquire soda's that are local to the St. Louis area. the only bottle remotely close would be the Lambert's Restaurant bottle which is from I believe Sikeston, Missouri. He is not a bottle collector and merely wanted to unload his cache and I am having fun with them. A good deal for both parties.
Pic #1 features Nascar drivers whom I haven't the foggiest on who they are. St. Louis is not a Nascar town by any means. Maybe someone can relate the number of the driver to a name as I cannot read the signature on the bottle.
My girlfriend probably has everyone of those. She loves collecting the commemorative Cokes. Maybe I will check hers and get those names of the NASCAR drivers. Good trade!

That's all, as for the others, I also don't know any racing people. She might be missing one or two of the other ones. But she is not desperate for them. Thanx for the offer.
