Marx brother's electric train no. 3984

I have had this train set for 25 yes I got it from my brother in law's father's house after he passed away.
My brother in law told me that he could only remember it being out and setup just once at Christmas time when he was about 5 that was about 1954, I have set it up for my grandkids twice just to go around the Christmas tree.
