My two McCoy pottery items, donkey pulling a carriage 1940-1950s. My question is the solid color McCoy I have is common enough as well as other solid colors of same design. My multicolored donkey and carriage I have been unable to locate any with this color scheme. Everything looks right don’t think it’s fake. Anyone see one like this. Thanks for looking.

Both are beautiful, could be used as lovely planters

The colours are dead on !! Original. Unfortunately I do not have the books anymore, on McCoy, so next stop should probably be the library, as I know my library has it and yours should have it or can order it from one of their affiliate libraries.

Thanks for the response PhilDMOrris. I’ll check my library for McCoy pottery books too. They must of had a low number made with that color scheme, it just doesn’t come up on the computer.

MccoyNelson, I will post the base of both for you. Also I put an early stoneware bowl with no marks up on this site. I believe it to be McCoy. I would appreciate your opinion if it’s Mccoy. Thanks

Both of these planters were made by Cameron Clay Products not McCoy. CCP has a FB page and group.
