Here's a recent online purchase of 1920's-30's celluloid and bakelite jabot, belt slides and pins that were about .75 each. The 2 marbled butterscotch are bakelite. I think they were buttons. I love the circle pin (about 2" for scale) and the pink/red fan jabot pin. The faux tortoiseshell double arrow is also fun. Hope you enjoy too.

These are gorgeous Mary, I also love the colorful circle pin and pink fan. Amazing how they're nearly a century old but look fantastic! Very nicely displayed too
Jenni - thanks, I have a soft spot for these little dime store items. I wish I could stop myself! LOL
Beautiful! There is nothing like the rich warm colors and feel of old pieces like that.
What Jenni said!
I love the Circle Brooch with the jade border and the rs!
It was Grace Slick who voiced the term..."PLASTIC FANTASTIC LOVER!"
For Those of you too young and missed the summer of love..Surrealistic Pillow
And Mary...Why would you want to stop? Too much fun!!!
As a collection they REALLY stand out, superb !~
Andrea - thank you for getting these little bits :-)
Eileen - I am listening to Plastic Fantastic Lover right now on YouTube - thank you for this - It's my theme song now. Aren't these pretty little bits to add to a floppy hat or a tote bag? And, next song playing is Canned Heat "On the road again". What could be better than that???
Thank you Phil - I'm trying to figure out the perfect place to pin them to...
Thank you friends for loving the little shiny bits: Fort, dear Elisabeth, Kevin, Judy, MrsT, Gudrun, Aura, Ken :-)
