This plaque is based on the On My Honor painting by Norman Rockwell. I believe the painting is from 1953. As the plaque dedication was for the Mr Wendt from 1964-1965. The plaque is from 1965-66. Gives this at least 50 years to get a patina. Looks like Mr. Wendt gave it to himself but I guess that is what the committee chairman does. Got a feeling most of these plaques were up for a short time and in closets a long time.
Needs to be wall mounted for proper display. They are too thin to use nails or screws so I use my handy hot glue gun to attach a wall mount.
Note appearing in photo @1 along with the plaque are Craig Cub, Bill Scout and Steve Scout.
