Hello! Can anyone identify the jewelry brand for this box? I've tried to do a search based off the lettering with no luck. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Hi there, I would say it is something to do with the coronation of King George V (King of the United Kingdom and the British Dominions, and Emperor of India) and his consort, Queen Mary (formerly Mary of Teck), which took place on 22 June 1911 at Westminster Abbey.
(GR standing for George Regina, or the reigning king, and MR hence being his wife, the queen, Mary Regina.)
What is the interior of the box like. Can you see what might have been housed in it?
The Victoria and Albert Museum has a medal which was issued for the coronation - but no photos alas:

Thank you so much for all of the information! I do not have what would have been housed inside the box, but all that is inside is a ribbon going lengthwise to keep something in place.

I think this probably is a medal or a medallion box, although I can't be sure without seeing a picture of the interior. If you look at pictures of other medal boxes, you can see that they often have a ribbon, lying sticking out from beneath the medal, which you pull gently to lift it up and out of the box.
If I were you, I would start by looking out for George V / 1911 coronation boxes on Ebay or Google Images. Also via googling Elkington (& Co) who made a lot of these type of medals, or maybe A. Halliday, who modelled the one held at the Victoria and Albert Museum (as per the web link above, and which could have been housed in a similar box). Something could lead you to another box like yours, hopefully with the original contents, and details of maker etc. to complete your research and solve the mystery!
