Native American arrow head and a medal, or badge with a Maker's Mark #G23

Two items here. An arrow head and a medal or something. I found the arrow head in my back yard here in Ohio. The medal was in a car of mine. I am not sure what I have here. I am hoping that someone can enlightenas to what I actually have.
