Recently picked this up in Wisconsin for $0.00! As of today I have only found out the following:

    Serial Number 1694176
    Patented 12/4/1928
    Porcelain Coated (?)
Possibly called Tilona Circulating Heater by Orbon
Company is now called Peerless in Belleville, IL
    Coal Circulator Stove

Would love to find a picture of what this looked like brand new.

Got this when I visited a site after doing a Google search for Orbon Circular Stove. I don't know for sure if this is the same 0ne as yours.

And here is one from another Collectors Weekly.
