This one's my favorite. Seems to be in great shape. Made by Adezy Denver (logo and copyright date are clearly visible. I'm new to this, does polishing with brasso affect the value/collectability of brass buckles?

I do not advise using something like brasso on these buckles. Many have an applied patina or other applied surfaces that brasso, etc., might remove. Washing in warm, soapy water is all I ever do. I use dishwashing soap.
This buckle looks like brass plated base metal, maybe zinc, so brasso might even remove some of the brass plating. Here is a how to for cleaning brass and brass plated items.
